We had issues with the transmission in our Cruz; we brought it to 4 different locations. Long story short, no one took the time to figure it out. It was extremely frustrating... Finally, we brought it to True North and I have to say they are great. I personally dealt with Anthony in the service department, he was patient when I asked probably too many questions and always took the time to answer and explain anything I inquired about. Thanks guys, the car is running great!
